How it works

Here at smellommellier, the process is simple. You select the number of items you want evaluated, send us the sample, and we do the rest. Our team of expert sm-mel-i-yeys, will put together a complete report that includes our evaluation on three areas of your product and set up a conference call to discuss the results.

Those three areas of review will identify

• Heart Notes- These are the most dominate in the wine industry. Hart notes can be complex and often consist of multiple dominating scents. Often these combinations could provide the depth of what eventually leads to a multi-demitional flavor.

• Top Notes- Top notes are shorter on the nose but provide complexity.

• Off Notes- Off notes are normally considered undesirable.
